To analyze data online for free using Survey Documentation and Analysis (SDA) rather than by using statistical software such as SAS, SPSS, or Stata, all of which must be purchased:
- Log in to your ICPSR account
- Click on the List studies for which online analysis is available link on the Find Data page.
- On the search results page, click on the link for a study. Note that you can use the filters on the left-hand side of the page to further refine your results.
- On the page for the study that you selected, click on the Analyze Online button and then select the desired method of SDA analysis
