Stateside - AccelerEd has been successful in locating existing links that need to be updated. These are links in AEM, H5P, and D2L These links will be fixed -- PDs do not need to fix these links. If there are any non-working links remaining after the migration in the summer, Course Maintenance will update them. Please read the box below for information on how to create new links for the summer model classrooms that will not break.
Overseas - Please use the form that will be provided soon to have the library create working links for you. Once you have the alternate working links, you can replace the links in your classrooms that will break after the migration.
As you work with Course Maintenance and ILD to create links to learning resources in your classrooms, there are some general rules to follow that will greatly increase the chances of having working links after the migration. Please note we are concerned with NEW links (especially summer 24 and beyond); existing classroom links will be fixed. However, these are good guidelines for any links created from this point forward.
To link to a journal article or ebook from OneSearch, please do the following:
Do not link to Research Starter articles.

For similar types of materials, see the Dictionaries and Encyclopedias Subject Guide, or ask your Library Liaison to help you find a replacement.
Note that some databases will be indicated as EBSCO Complementary Index or EBSCO Supplemental Index.
