When you login to CINAHL Complete, you can type in a keyword search, for example:

Before clicking Search, use the filters (below the search boxes) to limit your search results, to full-text, peer-reviewed articles only:

And below that, you can limit your search results by publication date as well. For example, you can use the Custom option to limit your search to the last three years:

When your search is set up the way you want it, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Search. Then you'll see your search results, based on your keyword search and the filters/limiters that you chose.
